In-class interactive First Aid & CPR techniques for individuals who want an overview of First Aid & CPR for the workplace or at home. Learn how to prevent, recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies for kids or adults, choking, airway and breathing emergencies and preventative transmission of diseases. Participants learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) in order to be certified.

All Security Guards Private investigators Trade workers, Hospitality workers
Driver (Transport, Taxi, School Bus, Etc).
No prerequisite or pre-course assignment is required.
Any person who wants more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.
Emergency First Aid Training Course Content:
Duration of the Course: 6.5–8 hours dependent on province.
Basic one-day course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Meets OHS regulations for Basic First Aid. Exceeds competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED.
Certification
This course includes is recognized by the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) and meets Ontario Health & Safety (OHS) regulations for Basic First Aid.
All participants will receive a first aid and CPR Manual and Certification card. Certification is valid for 3 years.
